Secure document upload - All documents (receipts, invoices, bills, bank-statements, etc.) can be safely and securely uploaded to Sidomac, and indexed

Powerful but convenient search - Documents can be searched through keywords, document type, date range, amount, or a combination of these parameters

Linked to transactions - Documents can be linked to transactions. Clicking on the document record will show the associated transaction, including the journal entries.


Advanced Bookkeeping tools

Rules based transaction entry - 80% of transactions are repetitive (eg. bill payments, salary, employee reimbursal, etc.). For each company, rules can be defined for such transactions. Based on these rules Sidomac will automatically calculate the amount and the accounts that will be debited and credited, and do the journal entry

Auto document indexing and transaction entry - Sidomac auto-entry can automatically index a document AND accurately enter transactions. All the bookkeeper has to do is zip up all the documents and upload them using the auto-entry feature

Error check - Common bookkeeping errors can be identified by Sidomac
