1. Scan - We provide envelopes for sending us your documents - bills, receipts, invoices, etc. We scan and categorize. OR you scan and send.
2. Categorization - DocSnaps indexes your documents with tags, customer or vendor information, and price.
3. Auto-transactions - DocSnaps can also create bookkeeping entries based on your chart of accounts, tax, and vendor/customer list.
4. Bank/Credit Card Reconciliation - Upload statements for automatic reconciliation.
5. Export - Export transactions to Quickbooks, Simply Accounting, Caseware or Excel.
